Wowzers! This is a fancy picture of our musubi. Bloggers at FourFried stopped in and took a lot more awesome pictures, along with a visit to Lito’s a handful of stores down. Did we mention we love our block?

Some people look at us like we’re crazy for selling spam. Then they look at us like we’re more nuts when we sell musubis…because the only way to describe it is a giant spam sushi. They don’t know what they’re missing!
We weren’t joking when we said they’re so typical they’re sold in 7-11’s back home.

McDonald’s in Hawaii also has different flavors for their pies. Apple pie only? Pssh!
The haupia (coconut) pie is my favorite! Sometimes they have taro too!
Typical breakfast at Hawaii’s McDonald’s: Spam, Portuguese sausage, eggs, n rice.
And at your local Hawaiian plate lunch place in Chicago. Us! (They’re under our mini plates.)

We are located at 2534 N. Clark St. Chicago, IL 60614 in the heart of Lincoln Park next to the famous Molly's Cupcakes and a hop, skip, and a jump away from the Lincoln Park Zoo. We're about 1.5 miles from good ol' Wrigley Field and a breezy bus ride to downtown.
We love meeting locals from Hawaii in the Windy City and throwin' down some pidgin (slang). Ho brah, you hungry? Come eat, yah? (I might be a little rusty, but I can throw down.)
